Ingredients:
* Several containers of your favorite yogurt. Greek yogurt has the maximum protein.
* Small paper cups
* Plastic wrap
* Popsicle sticks
Note: If you have popsicle molds you can also apply those in place of the paper cups and popsicle sticks.
Directions:
1. Load small paper cups 3/4 of the way with your choice of yogurt. .
2. Top with plastic wrap.
3. Cut a slit in the plastic wrap and slide a popsicle stick within the slit and into the yogurt.
4. Place the cups in the freezer until the yogurt is iced.
5. Remove the plastic wrap, peel away the paper cup, and taste your yogurtsicle.
